Talin Home Healthcare LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking compassionate Home Health Nurses to deliver in-home care across the Northern Virginia region. This role supports patients in their homes with personalized, high-quality nursing.

Ideal candidates hold a Virginia RN license, have experience in home health or med-surg, and enjoy working independently while building real connections with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Virginia RN license required.
• Previous home health or med-surg experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for NOVA travel.
• Must commit to working a minimum of 2 days a week, including Monday and another day (Wednesday or Friday).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home patients across Northern Virginia.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, ostomy care, and related treatments.
• Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
