The Head of Content Strategy and Communications will act as a leader and hands-on creator, guiding a team responsible for transforming our investment expertise and market knowledge into compelling insights for institutional, wealth, and intermediary clients. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role involves collaborating with investment experts, client marketing managers, and distribution teams to produce content that aligns with strategic marketing objectives and enhances engagement and brand awareness.
This individual will develop and execute a content vision, translating long-form insights into various formats such as commentary, research papers, e-books, web articles, videos, and infographics. They will innovate topic ideas and content execution to meet campaign and business goals, leveraging deep technical knowledge and understanding of client segments to lead discussions with investment and product leaders, and partner with sales teams to address client needs.
Additionally, the role includes leading strategic internal communications, engaging with executive leadership, corporate communications, and public relations teams. This requires strong project management skills, the ability to consider multiple perspectives, and a strategic mindset to manage messaging and press considerations with discretion.
