JOB TITLE: Solutions Architect V - Salesforce Sales Cloud
LOCATION: 100% Remote, EST hours
DURATION: 6 months with potential to convert
PAY RANGE: $106-116/hour
TOP 3 SKILLS:
- B2B Enterprise Architecture Experience - Hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, SQL
- Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations

Job Description:
Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights, aligned with the evolving needs of our growing business. Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals. Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity. Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support, further development, and comprehensive documentation for all solutions. Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights.
- Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities.

- Develop comprehensive documentation for all solutions.
- Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar discipline).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills individually and in group settings, with a deep understanding of business drivers.
Must-Have Skills
