WSP Global Inc. in Reno, NV seeks an Assistant Vice President Civil Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to lead roadway, BRT, and multimodal design projects and drive business development with Northern Nevada agencies. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications while mentoring staff and expanding WSP’s Reno footprint.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, technical excellence, and leadership in a multidisciplinary national network, with a focus on results and safety.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in transportation engineering and roadway design.
• PE license Nevada preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of roadway design principles and civil engineering practices.
• Experience with NDOT, Carson City, or RTC Washoe County is a plus.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and MicroStation/OpenRoads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transportation design projects from concept through final design and construction support.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client communications.
• Prepare roadway geometrics, plans, profiles, analyses, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with Planning, Environmental, Roadway, Structures, Drainage, and Traffic teams.
• Support business development initiatives with Northern Nevada agencies.
