Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association International seeks a Chapter Executive to oversee the Northern California Chapter, based in San Jose or San Francisco. You will lead staff and volunteers, drive fundraising and program delivery, and partner with local leaders to advance the mission and engage diverse communities.

Reporting to the Territory Vice President, you’ll manage budgets, build partnerships, and act as a spokesperson to raise awareness and grow revenue across the chapter’s markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of senior, non-profit management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of mass-market special event fundraising and volunteer recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a team of staff and volunteers to support the strategic plan.
• Drive growth in fundraising, program delivery and KPI achievement within budget.
• Lead revenue opportunities including major events and campaigns with best-practice standards.
• Recruit and partner with executive volunteers to form a local community board.
• Develop partnerships with community and corporate leaders to expand reach.
