Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association Northern California Chapter seeks a Chapter Executive to oversee strategic and operational functions in Northern California, including staff, volunteers, fundraising, and program delivery. The role partners with the Chapter Board to elevate mission awareness and drive community engagement in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of senior nonprofit management experience; 5 years mass-market fundraising and volunteer recruitment.
• Experience recruiting and developing corporate and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a team of staff and volunteer leaders to support the strategic plan.
• Drive growth in fundraising, program delivery and KPI achievement within the budget.
• Lead revenue opportunities including major events and campaigns.
