Job summary

Odyssey Services Corp. seeks a Vocational Services Coordinator to oversee VR service delivery across the Northern Arizona territory, acting as primary liaison for VR Counselors, providers, clients, and community partners.

Based in the Flagstaff office with regular travel, the role covers intake, provider assignment, monitoring progress, compliance, and billing support, while expanding Work Adjustment Training sites and Pre-ETS partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, case management, disability services, or a related field.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: coordinate Northern Arizona territory and build relationships with VR Counselors, providers, and partners.
• Client Coordination: handle referrals, intake appointments, and match clients with providers.
• Provider Coordination: recruit onboarding, onboarding documentation and compliance with providers.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: review reports, ensure documentation meets contract requirements, track authorizations and billing.
• Community Outreach & Business Development: build employer and community partner relationships, expand Pre-ETS and WAT sites.
• Administrative Responsibilities: maintain records in Salesforce and internal systems, prepare reports, support process improvements.
