Job summary

ViewSonic is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the Northeast region's dedicated technical resource for dvLED and ProAV solutions. The role involves pre-sales discovery, on-site installation, and post-sale support, with hands-on implementation and customer demonstrations.

The candidate will travel domestically up to 75%, collaborate with sales and channel teams, and contribute to design validation, training, and documentation. A strong AV background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of dvLED, projectors, and digital signage.
• Hands-on LED cabinet installation, alignment, and calibration.
• Experience with video processing, HDMI/AV-over-IP, and control systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales during pre-sales to design dvLED/ProAV solutions.
• Perform on-site discovery, site surveys, and installation readiness checks.
• Conduct hands-on installation and commissioning of dvLED systems.
• Serve as technical escalation point with service, engineering, and product teams.
• Deliver product demos and proofs of concept for customers and partners.
• Build relationships with integrators and end customers in the Northeast.
