Job summary

STV is seeking a Northeast Business Operations Manager to support operational, staffing, and business performance for the Northeast & New England region within the PMCM operating group. The role partners with the Regional Director and PMCM Operations Director to drive operational excellence across projects, business units, and field teams while aligning with financial goals and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Progressive experience supporting program controls, business management, or administration within engineering, consulting, construction, or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities with program and project managers to ensure efficient project performance.
• Partner with the Regional Director to maintain staffing plans, workforce forecasts, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project schedules and staffing requirements, identifying gaps and resource needs.
• Collaborate with Operations Director and Finance manager to promote financially responsible business practices.
• Assist in onboarding, mobilization, and deployment for new employees and project teams.
• Track regional operating costs, expenses, and project financial performance.
