Job summary

HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services Regional Business Group Director for the Northeast, overseeing approximately five states, including regional staffing, business development, and strategic planning. The role leads cross-functional collaboration with Market Sector and leadership to drive BES growth and regional performance.

The position requires strong leadership of diverse teams, deep client development skills, and a commitment to HDR values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 12 years experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other regional business group directors, regional and local office managers, technical and marketing directors.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a regional BES program and staffing plan.
• Lead regional BG initiatives with Market Sector and leadership.
• Collaborate with other directors to drive BG strategies and support for others.
• Drive BES P&L performance and regional initiatives.
• Participate in BES BG Senior Leadership meetings and budget planning.
