Qualifications

• Willingness to temporarily relocate within the Atlantic Region for assignments, including nights/weekends
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities
• Experience or strong interest in fundraising/nonprofit consulting
• Spanish language skills are a plus and helpful in donor outreach
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive
• Proven ability to work in team-based environments while driving personal goals

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and customized materials
• Manage, motivate, and train groups of volunteers
• Track, measure, and analyze fundraising progress
• Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices
• Contribute insights into industry-wide philanthropic trends
• Work on-site at Catholic parishes Monday-Friday, with evenings and some weekends as needed
