Job summary

CCS Fundraising is a Connecticut-based, international strategic fundraising firm partnering with nonprofits to achieve mission impact. The role focuses on leading diocesan and parish campaigns, coordinating volunteers, and tracking fundraising progress to drive results.

Ideal candidates bring storytelling, public speaking, and strong collaboration. Willingness to relocate within the Atlantic Region may be required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and customized materials.
• Manage, motivate, and train groups of volunteers.
• Track, measure, and analyze fundraising progress.
• Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices.
• Contribute insights into industry-wide philanthropic trends.
• Work on-site at Catholic parishes Monday-Friday, with regular evening hours and occasional weekend commitments based on parish needs.
