Job summary

CCS Fundraising is a nonprofit fundraising partner with a global footprint, headquartered in New York, operating campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes. This role focuses on managing diocesan campaigns, supervising volunteers, and driving fundraising outcomes on site at parish locations across the Atlantic region.

The position emphasizes hands-on campaign leadership, collaboration with pastors and staff, and a strong commitment to mission-driven philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate within the Atlantic Region for assignments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, donors, and prospects.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent storytelling and strong public speaking skills.
• Keen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to supporting volunteer efforts to ensure a positive and purposeful campaign experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and has the ability to drive a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and customized materials.
• Manage, motivate, and train groups of volunteers.
• Track, measure, and analyze fundraising progress.
• Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices.
• Contribute insights into industry-wide philanthropic trends.
• Work on-site at Catholic parishes Monday-Friday, with regular evening hours and occasional weekend commitments based on parish needs.
