Equify Financial, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Equipment Finance to drive growth across the Northeast region including PA, NY and nearby states. You will source, win, close, and service equipment loan transactions, delivering tailored financing solutions and building lasting client partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in equipment finance, a high school diploma (Bachelor's in business/finance preferred), and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance preferred.
• 3–5 years in finance; preferably structured equipment finance.
• Strong sales, credit, marketing and management understanding.
• Excellent written, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated with initiative and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client offices for face-to-face meetings.
• Prospect via phone, email, and social media to build relationships.
• Explain complex finance and lease structures to tailor solutions.
• Generate new business to meet sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Attend training and industry conferences to stay current.
