argenx is seeking a seasoned Northeast US market leader to coach TBMs in neurology and rheumatology, translating national strategies into local plans. The role drives aligned execution and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on performance and payer-aware market access across multiple states.

The candidate will lead in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, travel extensively (up to 80%), and partner with the Northeast Market Head to strengthen market impact and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical sales/commercial leadership experience.
• Experience launching/leading in rare disease, specialty, or biologics markets preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams to deliver ambitious goals.
• Familiarity with infusion- and injection-based therapies.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).

Responsabilités

• Lead TBMs within the therapeutic area, coaching growth and ownership.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, feedback, and development planning.
• Translate national brand strategies into local execution priorities.
• Collaborate with Northeast Market Head to embed TBM execution.
• Identify market challenges and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Set expectations and monitor KPIs; recognize contributions.
• Provide feedback to Northeast Market Head on performance and trends.
