Job summary

Follett Higher Education in the United States is seeking an Access Success Leader to manage Follett Access IA/EA programs across campuses. You will audit compliance, drive term-over-term program execution, and support growth, including invoicing and Willo integrations with faculty outreach.

The role collaborates with Access Support, Directors, and campus partners to optimize product delivery, pricing, and margins while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
• Thought leader in the development, or enhancement, of service delivery processes to improve efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to convey concepts and solve complex problems across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure all campus programs are delivered without error and documented appropriately.
• Strong self-management against milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability and accuracy.
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to analyze financial data are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of RACI and other tools and best practices to ensure successful preparation and execution of the Access program.
• Supports adoption and delivery of IA/EA course materials in collaboration with campus partners, store teams, and publishers.
• Partners with store/CMM to secure adoptions and ensure proper pricing and margin.
• Supports program inquiries for stores/campuses within the region.
• Coordinates with multiple teams to resolve complex operational issues including campus IT and publishers.
• Trains and supports store teams and partners on Access systems, processes, and execution of the program.
• Viewed as a trusted advisor to campus stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Coordinates Access messaging with campus partners and collaborates on program execution.
• Hosts regular touch-base meetings and post-mortems with campuses and Access teams.
• Solicits feedback from campus administration, faculty, and students.
• Maintains publisher and faculty relationships and LMS setup with the campus, including Willo integrations.
• Develops communication and support plans based on internal/external expectations and program changes.
• Reviews program results and looks for continual process improvements.
