Job summary

Follett Higher Education in the United States seeks an Access Success Leader to manage campus programs and ensure successful implementation of IA/EA materials. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track outcomes, and drive growth and profitability with a focus on billing accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will partner with campus partners, store teams, publishers, and LMS teams to optimize delivery, pricing, and Willo integrations while reporting to an Access Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer success or account management roles.
• Strong service delivery process improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills for campus programs.
• Strong self-management with milestones and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze financial data with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Executes RACI and tools to prepare and run the Access program.
• Supports adoption and delivery of IA/EA course materials with campus teams.
• Manages pricing and margin with faculty/publishers for adoptions.
• Handles region-specific program inquiries for stores/campuses.
• Resolves complex operational issues across multiple teams.
• Trains store teams and partners on Access processes and systems.
• Acts as trusted advisor to campus stakeholders and exec sponsors.
• Coordinates messaging with campus partners and leadership on execution.
• Hosts regular touchpoints and post-mortems with campuses.
• Maintains publisher and faculty relationships for LMS setup and Willo integrations.
• Develops communications and support plans based on expectations.
• Reviews program results and seeks continual process improvements.
• Plans future Access growth with the CM and Field teams.
• Oversees invoicing, collections, and accurate financial records.
