Grimco is seeking an Apparel Sales Specialist (Outside Sales) for the Northeast region. The role drives profitable growth in Apparel equipment and consumables across CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, PA, RI, VT, with field presence in New Jersey and travel throughout the territory.

The candidate will develop opportunities, build relationships, and leverage Grimco's sales team to expand market coverage, while maintaining disciplined CRM activity and a strong pipeline.

Competenze

• 1-7 years of professional sales experience, with ability to develop new business and build a territory.
• Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with customers at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized and disciplined approach to opportunity, pipeline, and CRM management, willing to learn technical products.

Mansioni

• Identify, pursue, and win new Apparel customers across Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, and Embroidery.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding products, technologies, and solutions to increase productivity and profitability.
• Tell Grimco's story: communicate Grimco's capabilities and value proposition to customers.
• Develop the Sales Team by motivating Grimco Sales Representatives and improving question-asking and solution positioning.
• Maintain a strong field presence with 3-4 days per week in the field; travel throughout the Northeast; base in Carlstadt, NJ.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with CRM activity and identify high-potential Apparel decorators.
