Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis North TucsonTeam!

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our North Tucson location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we’re willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.

PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip pool

SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:

Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am)

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
