Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Flagstaff is seeking an entry-level Budtender to join the team. This full-time role offers hands-on cannabis product training and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

You will assist customers, create a welcoming shopping experience, and learn about cannabis trends while maintaining dispensary cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have friendly, outgoing attitude and be able to provide product recommendations.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Must have open availability and be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Ability to stand for long periods and use a computer during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.

Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis FlagstaffTeam!

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our Flagstaff location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.

PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip pool

SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:

Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am)

Requirements:

• Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
• Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
• Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
