Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT/Security engineering team with focus on technical excellence, quality, recruiting and staff development.
• Engage with market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence in key markets.
• Interact with clients and community stakeholders and participate in marketing and interviews.
• Lead design coordination with multi-discipline teams from planning to construction.
• Oversee operations, profitability, morale and quality control for the ICT/Security team.
