Job summary

The Denver Hospice is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the North Team in Denver, CO. An RN license is required and the role is full-time with a Mon-Fri schedule and on-call as needed.

The incumbent will lead a clinical team, ensure alignment with facility partners, and support quality, growth and regulatory activities in outpatient and inpatient settings. Compensation reflects the posted annual pay range and benefits described in the ad.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health care, business or related field.
• Three (3) years of responsible supervisor experience in healthcare (hospice experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated clinical team supporting contracted facility partners.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison with assigned facility partners.
• Ensure workflows align with facility schedules and care processes.
• Monitor productivity, responsiveness, and continuity of care.
• Support regulatory surveys, audits, and facility inspections.
