Responsibilities
- Lead the North Sales organization for growth and market expansion in automation and smart manufacturing.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, grow relationships with customers and channel partners, identify opportunities.
- Mentor and develop a capable sales team to meet targets and strategies.
- Collaborate with channel partners and cross-functional teams to expand market reach and partner networks.
- Monitor performance, manage pipelines, and negotiate strategic contracts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
