Job summary

Private Eye Protection is seeking a proactive Assistant District Manager for the North District (areas north of downtown Atlanta: Decatur, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Gainesville). You will oversee district operations, supervise site teams, and ensure client satisfaction through effective leadership and process discipline.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in security or operations management preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and shift coverage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• License requirements per Georgia armed security regulations.
• Proactive in safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support site supervisors and security officers.
• Conduct on-site and field shifts, including site visits and training.
• Monitor site activity, reports, and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to management, officer, and client needs.
• Complete accident reports and documentation as required.
• Attend weekly management calls and quarterly meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and software platforms (Belfry, Google Suite).
