Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Security Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Security Services across Southern Market facilities in Braselton and Barrow. You will supervise officers, coordinate training, monitor security systems, and support investigations while aligning with the Executive Director on budget and policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as healthcare security officer and 3-5 years healthcare security leadership experience required.
• IAHSS Supervisor Certification is required.
• GA POST, CHPA or CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing supervisors and staff per budget.
• Monitors and evaluates security programs, conducts site reviews, and writes audit reports.
• Plans, develops, and implements security plans and programs including Emergency Response and Crisis Management.
