Job summary

Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a senior geotechnical engineer to lead complex regional projects in North Dakota. You will review and manage multi-disciplinary efforts, prepare major proposals, and deliver professional geotechnical analyses.

The role emphasizes client relationship development, technical leadership, and budget oversight. Required are a civil/geotechnical engineering degree, 15+ years of geotechnical consulting experience, and ND PE certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable.
• Minimum 15 years geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting, managing client relationships, and developing new business.
• ND PE Certification and valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for multi-disciplinary clients.
• Prepare and decide on major proposals and contracts; deliver complex engineering reports.
• Perform engineering analyses using standard methods and software; advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate with engineers/technicians; review drawings and reports; mentor staff and develop client relationships.
• Represent Braun Intertec as a technical leader, lead safety communications, and manage budgets.
