HDR is seeking a North Central Region Transportation Business Group Director to lead regional transportation strategy, finances, and staffing. The role involves collaboration with Area leadership, market sectors, and professional services leaders to drive project delivery and client management across multiple states.

The position emphasizes building a high-performing, inclusive team culture, aligning with HDR's 2027 Strategic Plan: Make Great Things Possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in a transportation leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing the 5-year strategic plan and annual plan.
• Support Area Transportation leadership to conform to HDR MOA, QMS and policies.
• Engage as Reviewer or Approver for MOA actions.
• Work with Areas to develop Annual Plan and staffing requirements.
• Partner with Regional Director of Operations on MOA actions, requisitions and offers.
