Job summary

All on the Field is hiring a North Carolina Field Director to lead our paid canvassing and ballot-access programs in Greensboro and Guilford County. The role directs day-to-day field operations, manages a paid canvass team of 20+ workers, and drives program expansion while coordinating with operations staff on recruitment and logistics.

You'll recruit, train, and supervise canvassers and team leads, develop staffing plans, verify hours, and ensure data quality with spot-checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing teams; managing managers preferred.
• Track record of meeting metric-driven goals on deadlines.
• Proficiency with VAN/Votebuilder and standard field tools.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and willingness to relocate to Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Guilford County canvass program.
• Recruit, train, and supervise canvassers and team leads.
• Develop staffing plans and verify hours.
• Maintain data quality through spot-checks and fraud prevention.
• Establish and monitor production goals.
• Coordinate with operations staff on recruitment and logistics.
• Report metrics to leadership daily.
