Job summary

Adidas in Portland, OR seeks Senior Director, Workplaces North America to lead workplace strategy, portfolio performance, and real estate oversight across NAM. This executive guides capital investments, sustainability, risk, and employee experience, translating business priorities into a North America workplace agenda.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and global teams, drive governance, and deliver multi-site portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in corporate real estate or related fields.
• Professional certifications preferred (IFMA, CoreNet, PMP, LEED, WELL).

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year NA workplace strategy with occupancy data and portfolio scenarios.
• Partner with HR, branding, supply chain, technology, and leadership to advance future-of-work initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on priorities, risks, and opportunities shaping operating model.
• Own NA real estate portfolio strategy including lease decisions and expansions.
• Use financial modeling and forecasts to inform investments and asset value.
• Ensure governance, enterprise alignment, and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee workplace services, facilities operations, and employee experience.
• Drive service innovation through technology, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive oversight for capital investments from strategy to execution.
• Embed sustainability/ESG into workplace decisions and portfolio.
• Lead budget planning and investment priorities with governance.
• Develop business cases for major workplace decisions.
• Foster leadership development and succession within the team.
• Travel up to 20-30% with possible short notice.
