Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional services or enterprise technology services.
• Experience leading large, multi-country teams, including managers of managers.
• Proven ability to deliver complex customer projects at scale with profitability and operational discipline.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior customers, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing services financial performance: revenue, cost, margin, utilization, forecasting.
• Track record of leading transformation and building scalable operating models.
• Travel around 25% required; university degree or equivalent experience; ITIL/ITSM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Professional Services delivery with quality, predictability, and financial discipline.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, BUs, Customer Operations, and Business Ops to align delivery strategy and execution.
• Drive portfolio governance, project health, risk management, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Improve delivery efficiency, utilization, margin, and scalable operating models.
• Build and develop a high-performing organization with leadership depth and operating rhythm to scale with demand.
• Drive transformation of the delivery organization to strengthen discipline and standardize ways of working.
• Collaborate with Hybrid Cloud as the service delivery representative for planning and decision-making.
