Twist Bioscience is seeking a Manager/Sr Manager for SynBio Sales in North America to drive revenue and growth across the SynBio portfolio. You will forecast performance, build strategic relationships, and lead a high-performing team across multiple levels and regions.

The role requires strong knowledge of SynBio markets, hands-on sales leadership, and experience with Salesforce.com. Domestic travel about 50% is expected as you scale in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

Formación

• Proven track record of delivering quarterly and annual financial targets.
• 7+ years of experience selling SynBio-focused products.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of SynBio markets essential.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of SynBio applications.
• Background in technical sales and support and/or product management preferred.
• Salesforce.com experience is a prerequisite.

Responsabilidades

• Attain quarterly and annual revenue targets for SynBio products, established from annual commission plans.
• Develop and implement hiring and training plans serving the SynBio product portfolio.
• Develop sales strategy and tactics driving growth of the SynBio product portfolio.
• Deliver accurate and timely forecasts.
• Develop and manage key relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels.
• Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans as necessary.
• Develop and execute supply agreements to support new and existing business.
• Work collaboratively with operations to minimize time to revenue.
• Maintain CRM database with up to date information.
• Represent the company at relevant tradeshows.
• Maintain and raise awareness of the competitive landscape, provide customer feedback and introduce new product ideas to internal partners.
• Manage the SynBio Sales team performance and achievement of goals, from sales targets to market intelligence.
• Support the ongoing growth and development of SynBio team members to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge for Sales success.
• Travel ~50% domestically in US; limited international travel may be required.
