Omya seeks a senior leader to drive QSHE and regulatory excellence across North America. You will architect and sustain an Integrated Management System, oversee audits, and champion sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of leadership in QSHE compliance.
• Experience in global organizations and multi-site coordination.
• Strong understanding of ISO 14001 and related standards.
• Proven ability to drive regulatory changes and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Integrated Management System (IMS) for North America and mitigate risks.
• Support plants and sites to ensure baseline compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to embed sustainability.
• Develop crisis management systems and response plans.
• Oversee QSHE audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.
