Job summary

Atos seeks a results-driven Head of SAP Practice for North America to drive SAP strategy, growth, and delivery excellence across a growing team of onshore and offshore professionals.

You will own the SAP practice P&L, lead strategic pursuits with senior clients, and partner with sales to expand services, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud migrations to deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing P&L and large cross-functional teams.
• Executive presence with experience engaging CxO-level clients.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud migration.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, analytics, and industry-specific solutions.
• Understanding of SAP sales, licensing, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Strong ability to lead sales pursuits and develop strategic proposals.
• Experience working with business development and marketing to generate pipeline.
• Solid background in SAP program management and delivery governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and de-risk complex project scenarios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the North American SAP strategy in alignment with global SAP practice.
• Own the SAP practice P&L, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop scalable operating model and leadership structure for growth.
• Lead onshore/offshore organization across solutioning, delivery and SAP capabilities.
• Oversee delivery quality, client confidence and successful execution.
