DENSO Robotics, a global leader in automation, seeks a North America Sales Manager to drive profitable growth and expand market presence across North America. The role collaborates with affiliates, distributors, system integrators, machine builders, and end users to identify opportunities and accelerate adoption of industrial and collaborative robotics solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of sales leadership experience in Robotics, Industrial Automation, or related technologies.
Proven ability to lead regional or national sales orgs with revenue growth & market expansion.
Strong understanding of industrial automation sales channels incl. distributors, system integrators, OEMs and end-user accounts.
Experience building executive-level customer relationships & negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the North American sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline across direct accounts, distributors, system integrators, machine builders, and affiliates.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, applications, and verticals to expand market presence.
Lead strategic account development & executive-level engagement with key customers & partners.
Lead contract negotiations and major commercial initiatives to secure long-term relationships.
