Job summary

Camlin Energy North America is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager – North America based at our Norcross, Atlanta office. You will develop and execute regional marketing strategies to accelerate growth for North American markets, collaborating with the global marketing organization to align brand, product, and market-segment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field with proven marketing experience.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within utilities, energy systems, industrial technology, or other technical sectors.
• Proven ability to develop regional marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing trade shows, technical events, or industry conferences.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region for events and team meetings (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that support North America growth.
• Collaborate with North American leadership and global product marketing to deliver localized campaigns and content.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, content, advertising) to drive qualified pipeline.
• Plan, coordinate and execute industry events, trade shows, seminars, and regional roadshows.
• Conduct market research and provide messaging frameworks, sales tools, and training to enable the field.
• Support proposal development with tailored messaging and ROI narratives.
• Act as a marketing liaison to strategic pursuits and key accounts.
