Normet Americas, Inc. is seeking a purchasing professional to support North American operations. You will process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials.

The role requires prior purchasing or supply chain experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems to keep accurate records and enable effective cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage purchase orders and supplier confirmations.
• Monitor deliveries and expedite outstanding orders.
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory replenishment and material availability.
• Identify local sourcing opportunities in the U.S. and Canada.
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies, shortages, and supplier issues.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales support teams.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ERP data.
