Job summary

Normet Americas is seeking a procurement specialist to process and manage purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and strong supplier communications across North America.

You will monitor deliveries, expedite outstanding orders, maintain ERP records, support inventory replenishment, and identify local sourcing opportunities in the U.S. and Canada. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize costs while upholding accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excel and ERP knowledge; ability to support operations across North America.
