Kiss Beauty Group in the United States seeks a Product Manager for North America to lead strategy, commercialization, and retailer execution across the US and Canada for Lash & Lifestyle.

The role drives market-specific product initiatives, promotional product strategy, customer programs, and category growth, collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Formación

• Bachelor degrees in business, marketing or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant product/retail management experience.
• Experience with planograms, retailers and data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead North American product strategy and portfolio for US/Canada customers.
• Develop promotional product strategies, seasonal programs, retailer exclusives, and value offers.
• Manage product commercialization from concept to launch readiness and market execution.
• Drive assortment recommendations, line reviews, and category analysis for portfolio optimization.
• Partner with Sales to support retailer presentations, customer opportunities, and annual planning.
• Lead retailer-specific product and promotional initiatives for key accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality and Sales.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, competitive activity and market trends to guide decisions.

The role leads market-specific product initiatives, promotional product strategy, customer programs, and commercialization activities to drive category growth and retailer success.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead North American product strategy and portfolio management for U.S. and Canadian customers.
• Develop promotional product strategies, seasonal programs, retailer exclusives, and value-driven offerings.
• Manage product commercialization from concept through launch readiness and market execution.
• Drive assortment recommendations, line reviews, category analysis, and portfolio optimization.
• Partner with Sales to support retailer presentations, customer-specific opportunities, and annual planning processes.
• Lead retailer-specific product and promotional initiatives for key accounts.
• Manage package updates, product transitions, and lifecycle management activities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, assortment expansion, and category growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales teams.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends to guide business decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, promotional planning, and commercialization priorities.
