You will hire and develop sales managers, scale across the region, and define Harvey's NAMER Mid-Market motion, including ICP, segmentation, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, discounting, and forecasting cadence to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple sales teams in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Proven track record building scalable Mid-Market SaaS motion.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification framework.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and coach Mid Market Sales Managers across North America.
• Own and evolve NAMER Mid-Market playbook end-to-end, incl. ICP, segmentation and deal desk guardrails.
