Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior leader to grow the North America power generation practice. You will lead planning, design and owner’s engineer services for electric utilities and IPPs, shaping market strategy and expanding the portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, deep power generation knowledge, and exceptional communication. Location is Seattle area with full‑time responsibilities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree is required.
• 10+ years in project management, design, consulting, construction, commissioning and/or operations in power generation.
• Experience overseeing thermal generation power plant projects from planning to COD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America power generation practice, expanding Jacobs’ services for utilities, co-ops, municipalities and IPPs.
• Develop and execute market and sales strategy; recruit talent and strengthen client relationships.
