The power utility market is undergoing rapid and dramatic changes, with drivers such as artificial intelligence and the electrification of infrastructure expected to create exponential load growth for power utilities across North America. In response, Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power Solutions team to expand the delivery of reliable power solutions to the North American market.
Lead and grow our power generation practice for North America, expanding Jacobs’ planning, design and owner’s engineer services portfolio for electric power utilities, cooperatives, municipalities and Independent Power Producers. Lead the development and execution of market and sales strategy, identify talent gaps, recruit skilled professionals to enhance Jacobs’ capabilities, and establish or deepen relationships with key clients. Collaborate with sales and delivery staff to develop innovative and compelling power generation solutions that provide exceptional market value. Oversee ownership and contract management, advisory roles, and strategic project development, ensuring projects meet client objectives and technical specifications.

Base salary range: $170,400.00 to $235,000.00. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
