The role is remote from India, aligned to US business hours, and requires 6+ years in IT services BD/AM, experience selling SAP solutions, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders. Night shift compatibility and a ready home office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Business Development, Account Management, or Business Management within IT Services.
• Direct experience working with North American enterprise clients.
• Background in selling or managing SAP solutions/services and IT/Software consulting services.
• Exceptional English communication skills with North American business acumen.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives, directors, and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work US night shifts (evening IST).
• Fully equipped remote setup (high-speed internet, quiet workspace).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with enterprise and mid-market IT & SAP clients in North America.
• Serve as the primary contact during US business hours to resolve client queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead sales pitches, proposals (RFPs/RFIs), contract negotiations, and SOW execution for IT/SAP services.
• Coordinate with offshore teams in India and client-side leaders to ensure delivery alignment.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline, account roadmaps, and revenue metrics.
