Job summary

Team17 is seeking a passionate Community Manager to grow North American communities for our WARDOGS title. You will plan and deliver campaigns that strengthen player relationships, gather insights, and support ongoing success.

You will manage social media, livestreams, and community platforms, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and champion Team17 products across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Community Manager with campaigns that drive engagement.
• Proven ability to plan and execute community campaigns across channels.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and sentiment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage community strategy for Team17 products.
• Collect and present community feedback to internal teams and partners.
• Coordinate with marketing, development and sales to deliver campaigns.
• Liaise with external partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Plan content schedules to nurture Team17's communities across owned channels.
• Manage day-to-day social media and forums as the product representative.
• Organise and host livestreams aligned with campaign plans.
• Advocate for Team17 products within communities and across platforms.
• Manage multiple communities across a range of titles and genres.
