Job summary

Flix seeks an FP&A Manager in Dallas to lead financial planning and performance management across North America. This hands-on role forecast, budget, analyze, and report, partnering with the Head of FP&A and business partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong modeling and Excel skills, and a forward-thinking approach including AI-driven automation to modernize reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 5+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for North America.
• Own monthly performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Develop KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into insights.
• Perform price, volume, mix, and driver-based analyses.
• Partner with senior leaders on performance drivers and reporting.
• Identify FP&A process improvements using AI and automation.
• Support strategic and project-based financial analysis.
