Job summary

Flix is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for North America. This hands-on role partners with the Head of FP&A and business leaders to drive actionable insights and ensure scalable reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and a forward-thinking mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to modernize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and communicating financial results and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning for North America.
• Own monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for assigned business areas and functions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs and operational metrics; translate financial and operational data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Perform price, volume, mix, and driver-based analysis to support decision-making and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders, Accounting, and Operational Finance to align on performance drivers and forecasts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to FP&A tools and reporting workflows, leveraging AI and automation.
• Support strategic and project-based financial analysis as needed.
