Job summary

Flix is seeking an experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to lead budget and forecast processes, provide financial insights, and partner with operations to optimize margins and performance. This role reports to the Senior Director, Head of Operational Finance.

You will drive global reporting, build financial models, and monitor KPIs to support strategic initiatives across brands and HQ. Strong Excel and modeling skills, plus 2+ years in FP&A, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional FP&A or related experience.
• Understanding of financial concepts, modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial information to leadership and teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive forecasts, annual budget, and long-term plans.
• Create timely, accurate, standardized global reports across brands.
• Partner with departments providing strategic guidance on cost control and profitability.
• Oversee financial performance of key business segments and drive efficiency.
• Review month-end results, forecast and budget assumptions, and KPIs.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to measure financial and operational performance.
• Streamline and simplify current processes to improve efficiency.
