Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Safety Manager, Engineering & Field Services, North America to lead the EHS function across the United States and Canada. The role reports to the Director of Health and Safety, overseeing 2–3 direct reports and coordinating with field teams.

The position is based at the Tipp City, Ohio Field Service office with 50–60% travel, requiring a 4-year degree, CSP/CIH is a plus, and valid driver’s license and passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
• 5+ years in a lead EHS role.
• Experience leading EHS in a multi-regional organization.
• Strong understanding of US/Canada EHS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Safety Advisors for US/Canada operations.
• Manage the EHS budget and annual plan.
• Develop and execute the annual EHS plan across regions.
• Conduct and oversee safety audits and incident investigations.
• Maintain and improve the EHS Management System.
