The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in logistics/distribution, strong inventory management skills, and experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–10 years of logistics/distribution experience.
• Inventory management skills.
• Operational drive and results focus.
• Organizational and process development skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Excel and Access is an asset.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the distribution center and drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and margin expansion.
• Position the DC as a strategic partner to enable market share growth and customer retention.
• Identify, develop and scale value-added services and optimized service costing models.
• Define and execute a long-term DC expansion strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Business Line leadership to align logistics with commercial objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term investment planning for VTBA.
• Improve cost-to-serve, inventory turns, and freight spend while balancing service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prioritize capital investments based on ROI and strategic fit.
• Advise senior leadership on logistics risks, opportunities, and investments.
