Job summary

Globachem is seeking a Business Developer Innovations for North America to drive commercialization of its crop protection products in the US. You will lead pre-launch activities, support distributors with trainings and demos, and build a strong distributor network across USA and Canada.

The role requires a degree in Agronomy or related field, 7+ years in a commercial crop protection role, and native-level English with travel flexibility in North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a commercial crop protection role or related field.
• Experience launching new products in the market is required.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization of Globachem’s crop protection products in North America, starting with the USA.
• Provide market insights and map competition and competing products.
• Develop technical understanding to support adoption and create compelling use recommendations.
