Job summary

Americhem, a leading designer and manufacturer of color masterbatch and performance technologies, seeks a Commercial Manager – Accelerated Growth to lead North American market expansion. The role focuses on identifying white-space opportunities, evaluating the competitive landscape, and building new customer and channel relationships to drive net-new revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience, including at least 3 years of people leadership.
• Proven success leading teams and driving growth in a B2B manufacturing, specialty materials, or industrial environment.
• Strong North American relationships across processors, OEMs, suppliers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a market-back view of North American white-space opportunities and prioritize action.
• Explore adjacency opportunities with emphasis on electronics, wire and cable, consumer durables, energy, infrastructure, defense, and specialty industrial apps.
• Assess competitors, material suppliers, processors, OEMs, and channel partners to identify unmet customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Build a team capable of originating and advancing qualified opportunities with defined access, application, and decision processes.
• Develop repeatable growth platforms and document segment thesis, target accounts, value proposition, and channel strategy.
• Lead disciplined pipeline management including opportunity quality, stage progression, timing, value, probability, and forecasts.
